Early bird (deadline 15 April 2023) :

Registration includes access to all scientific sessions, workshops, and social activities. Registration also includes breakfasts and lunches as well as Welcome Reception and banquet.

Additional information :

It will still be possible to register after the deadline. However, an additional fee of 150 Euros will be added to the registration fee.

Professional Development Workshop (June 26th, afternoon/evening), Welcome Reception (June 26th, evening), Professional Development Lunch (June 27th), Meet the Professor Lunch (June 28th), HB lunch, Networking Breakfast June 27, 28, 29 and Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Social Events are free but registration is mandatory. The registration links will be active by mid March.

Each time you want to access your space, you will need a new code (for security reasons). To do so, you will need to first enter your e-mail address then click on the bold link (item #2). You will then receive your access code via e-mail.

Registration include the gala dinner. Some additional tickets are available but limited to a maximum of one accompanying person per registrant
